i also received pill i did not order, but also am not getting my refund which was submitted on july 28 o8.
I received a package in the mail that I never ordered called xanithin 3 never heard of it there’s no website or number to call the company to cancel. The package come with no order form. Just today money was taken from my account. I canceled my account. I know it’s not over yet with these
I responded to an ad to receive one order of pills free and I just paid shipping and handling. I received the pills, but last week I received another bottle that I did not order. I haven’t received my credit card statement yet for either purchase, but after reading these complaints, I’m sure I have been charged for both orders. Please register my complaint.
I have also received xanithin3 in the mail.There is no inv0ice or record or number to call.If s anyone finds a number please print it so all of us who have been taken advantage of can do something about it.

I also keep getting charged for these diet pills that I did not authorize. My bank says only way to stop is to cancel my acct. Why should I need to go thru all this if I didn’t agree. Beware who you give your card number to because it will cost you headaches in the longrun! Plus you can’t even contact them. Where are they???
MY COMMENT: Don’t be taken in by deceiving ads and outrageous claims. And don’t ever give out your credit card number or you will be charged.

i too ordered the free trial and i was charged 88.55 before i even recieved the trial product. on my online banking statement there is a phone number for customer service it is 866-951-1393 for anyone who needs it. they are only opened for 8-5 mountain standard time. i have not contacted them yet but i have read many complaints where they will not refund the money but can stop future shipments.
I also ordered free trial received a shipment that I did not order hope I can stop this.
This is a nightmare. Do not order!!
hey yall, i did the “free 30 day trial” paid shipping and got charged the 88 sumthin the same day i got it in the mail. i called and they told me that in the fine print it says you will be charged after 10 days of your trial but can receive a refund within the 30 days mninus 15% re stocking! at first they only wanted to give me back half of my money. i had a FIT and told them that the ingredients were no different than my vitamin b-complex that i paid 10 bucks for and some herbs i can get for dirt cheap locally.. i told her that the pills were ABSOLUTELY NOT worth 88 dollars and i wanted to speak to a supervisor, i wanted all of my money back. i ended up getting 75 bucks. if you send the pills back make sure to get a delivery confirmation number from your post office. i did that, and the day that i looked it up online and it was delivered i called the xanithin company and gave them the confirmation number and they said it would take 72 hours, after 72 hours i called AGAIN and they said that the money was sent to my account and would take up to two days to show.. lucky for them it did. you really have to keep on these people!! dont take your what they say for law! ask to speak to the manager, and then their manager untill you get what you want

Hi, I ordered the free trial “paid shipping and handling”; was given a confirmation number and message stating that I would receive my product in 2-3 days. After 7 days, I called to check on the product. I cancelled that day, and I am still waiting on the free trial. BEWARE
The only way to no be charged the 88.55 is to cancel the DAY AFTER you request your free trial. I ordered mine and on the about the 5th day felt weird so I called. The rep told me that your 14 day trial starts the moment you hang up for the free trial. It took 1 month and 2 calls to even get the 1st free trial. I cancelled back on 4/29/09 and so far no other additional charges. Oh word to the wise use a prepaid debit card. No money on the card they cant charge it and these are easier to replace that major credit cards or cancelling your bank account youve had for years.
