What is the best 25 minute workout?

Years ago I lived near one end of a nice quiet boulevard in Florida that happened to be very close to 1 mile long. A friend of mine measured out and marked every 110 yards, so I had a perfect venue for a short, quality workout that I could complete in less than 30 minutes.
Here was my favorite- 5 minute warm-up, 1 mile to the other end as fast as I could, 5 minute recovery, run back as fast as I could. 5 minute cool-down. Total = 25 minutes
Other options for the workout 15 minute workout phase were to alternate 220 yards or 440 yards down and back, jogging 110 yards for recovery.
Do your strength and flexibility training in the evening.
