Vitamin D and Weight – Is There a Connection?

MY COMMENT: The only problem with these studies? People will now begin taking Vitamin D supplements and expect weight loss- even worse companies may start adding D to their miracle weight loss supplement products.

Remember, Vitamin D is not water soluble so your body stores the excess. Potential problems with too much Vitamin D include calcification in soft tissue, urinary stones, and nerve problems.
