MY COMMENT:  I don’t watch the show but let me guess that the exercise gets a wee bit over dramatized?   I’ll assume these people are  medically cleared?

I did not get through reading all of the fine print here- but I saw enough to convince me that this is another money making weight loss scheme to be avoided. Those 3 free books? They require a 3 month minimum membership at $19.95 per month. You’ll probably get more support and information from sparkpeople.com, and that’s free!
