Quick and Worthwhile Read to Achieve Life-Long Results *****
Lose it for ever” provided exactly what I was looking for – fast chapters, with excellent examples, and a concrete means to achieve and, more importantly, maintain weight loss. I’ve been a runner since 1970 and a big reason I still participate in the sport is to keep my weight down. Based on Dave’s book, I’m now back to weighing myself weekly, making sure I eat a healthy breakfast, adding more colorful fruits and vegetables to my diet, snacking on nuts, and adding particular workouts that should help me burn away more fat. I highly recommend this book! It motivates the reader to believe they can achieve an ongoing healthy lifestyle.

Quick and easy read. I have read numerous diet books and nutritional publications but I think this book offers something special. The format lends itself to a quick and easy read, while supplying up to date information in a very motivational fashion. I especially liked the chapter on fiber, which is one of the most neglected areas not just for weight management but of overall well-being. Loved the book! And the weekly scorecard is a plus!
