Actually I'm 62 now. The secret is to develop a passion for feeling good, which is what eventually led me to jump rope at age 55. Within about two months I no longer just tolerated exercise (on an exercise bike) to feel good, I was having fun. The fun part of my site is jump rope, but the important part is the technique to gradually replace your hatred of exercise with the internalized knowledge of what it's like to feel good every day afterwards. It's all on the site, and it's all free. I've never been athletic and I'm not a very motivated person, so if I can do it and be in this kind of shape at age 62 I'm convinced almost anyone can. Don't believe it? I still have trouble believing I can do what I do - so why shouldn't it be the same for a whole lot of other people?
