I also keep receiving pills I did not order. How do I get this to stop????????

i also received pill i did not order, but also am not getting my refund which was submitted on july 28 o8.

I received a package in the mail that I never ordered called xanithin 3 never heard of it there’s no website or number to call the company to cancel. The package come with no order form. Just today money was taken from my account. I canceled my account. I know it’s not over yet with these

I responded to an ad to receive one order of pills free and I just paid shipping and handling. I received the pills, but last week I received another bottle that I did not order. I haven’t received my credit card statement yet for either purchase, but after reading these complaints, I’m sure I have been charged for both orders. Please register my complaint.

I have also received xanithin3 in the mail.There is no inv0ice or record or number to call.If s anyone finds a number please print it so all of us who have been taken advantage of can do something about it.

I also keep getting charged for these diet pills that I did not authorize. My bank says only way to stop is to cancel my acct. Why should I need to go thru all this if I didn’t agree. Beware who you give your card number to because it will cost you headaches in the longrun! Plus you can’t even contact them. Where are they???

MY COMMENT:  Don’t be taken in by deceiving ads and outrageous claims.  And don’t ever give out your credit card number or you will be charged.

Saving Money on Your Grocery Bill

1.  Buy in bulk.

2.  Shop at Costco, Sam’s Club or a comparable warehouse store.

3.  Stop buying unhealthy snacks like cookies, candy, and soda.

4.  Buy day old bread- stock up and freeze.

5.  Choose smaller fruits.

6. Use coffee grounds twice- just add a little extra new.

7.  Shop with a list.

8.  Set a time limit that you spend shopping for food.

9.  Eat before you shop.

10.  Check dates on foods in your freezer.  Reduce or eliminate waste.

11. Check the size of your carbohydrate portions- make sure you are not preparing too much and throwing away the rest.

12.  Get creative with leftovers.   Think how you can use food before you throw anything away.

13.  Rotisserie chicken is cheaper than frozen cutlets (abcnews).

14.  Skim milk is cheaper than 2% (abcnews)

15.  Choose fruit that is in season

16.  Look through your local paper and clip coupons.   You can also find coupons online- shortcuts.com

17.  Consider forming a buyers club and qualify for volume discounts from local vendors. 

18.  Invite friends over for potluck instead of eating out.

19.  Make large casseroles, divide up and store for future meals.

20.  If you have more than one choice in grocery stores, check prices of items you buy frequently.  Find the cheapest store.

21.  Check out ebay’s food section.

22.  Shop for local produce at farmers markets.

Butter or Margarine?

Margarine usually tops butter when it comes to heart health.

Margarine is made from vegetable oils, so it contains no cholesterol. Margarine is also higher in “good” fats — polyunsaturated and monounsaturated — than butter   source: mayoclinic.com

MY COMMENT:  You still need to read the label to make sure there are no trans fats – tub margarine is usually a better choice than stick.

    Sugar Addiction Exists- In Rats

    After one month of the high sugar diet, the researchers observed that the rats’ brains had adapted to the higher levels of dopamine released as a result, and had a reduced number of dopamine receptors. Meanwhile, the number of opioid receptors had increased.

    How Fast Should You Lose Weight

    You lose fat by creating a caloric deficit over extended periods of time- if the deficit is too large then the body seems to become more efficient at preserving it’s fat stores and weight loss becomes more difficult.   Also, quick weight loss is primarily water and loss of stored muscle glycogen, which is actually quite heavy. 

    For this reason, quick weight loss is never recommended.  A calorie deficit of 500 calories per day should result in a pound of fat lost per week.  Depending on how heavy you are, you may see weight come off faster at first.  

    One final note- how much weight you lose is irrelevant- what matters most is how much you are able to keep off!   Those who exercise at a moderate intensity for at least 30 minutes per day do much better over time.
